BOUGAINVILLA
This spacious private home combines wide-open spaces with typical Turkish architecture. Floors, ceilings, windows, and overhanging terraces are made from local hardwood and polished limestone. Local lighting, carpets, and furniture give a rustic warmth to the villa. Several large outdoor terraces and lounging areas provide ample space for social endeavors. The sound of the sea, the views of the sunset, and the smell of the flowers elevate this villa from a charming home to a Mediterranean paradise.
The house can comfortably host 14 people, with a maximum capacity of 18 (extra beds). 6 standard rooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, safe, air-conditioner, heater, and private bathroom. An additional room can be transformed into either a bedroom with two single beds or a small lounge with a TV.
A large infinity pool (with seats built in!) faces the sea and the sunsets, surrounded by Bougainville, citrus, pomegranate, and olive trees. Next to the pool, two Turkish-styled bungalows provide shade and rest from the summer sun, while several sun-beds can be used to tan.
A stone path hidden by limestone boulders, vines, bushes, and herbs leads down to the seaside. There, a large private wooden platform can accommodate many guests with sunbeds, a Tiki-bar (with sink and refrigerator), and a shower. A diving board and a ladder allow you to jump in the turquoise sea. The water temperature fluctuates between 18C in the late winter and 30C in the late summer.
The house comes fully prepared with sheets, towels, toiletries, drinking water, and gas. A local and trustworthy friend, Ramazan, will be available to maintain the pool and assist with anything.

With more than 300 days of sunshine, Kaş is one of the sunniest towns in Turkey. It is a Mediterranean paradise blessed with charming streets, superb dining, historic ruins, lively nights, multiple beaches, and many outdoor and sea activities. The town center is located only 5 minutes by car, taxi, or shuttle from the villa. A 1-hour car ride will lead to multiple UNESCO World Heritage sites, canyons, mountains, and many other beaches. Private and group boat tours depart every day for the many islands nearby, the ancient sunken city of Kekova and to the Greek island of Kastellorizo.
